The King of the Outlaws, Steve Kinser will be making another appearance at I-80 Speedway as he competes in the Fearless Outlaw 410 Finale. Kinser has competed on the 4/10 mile oval many times with the World of Outlaws and has scored World of Outlaw wins at I-80 on May 2, 1996 and July 4, 1999. This appearance however could be his farewell appearance at I-80 and in the State of Nebraska.

Throughout the history of the World of Outlaw Series, Kinser’s name has been synonymous with the term “Outlaw” and with good reason, he won the World of Outlaw Championship an unbelievable 20 times and added 12 Knoxville National Championships to his resume along the way.

Kinser will be competing in the two-day National Sprint League (NSL) sanctioned event at I-80 which will pay $3,000 to win and $500 to start on Friday, October 2 and $7,000 to win and $1,000 to start on Saturday, October 3.

The Nebraska 360 Sprints will also be in action both days with heats and position races on Friday and a Last Chance Qualifier and the Bobby Parker Memorial Feature on Saturday. The Bobby Parker Memorial pays $2,500 to win and $500 to start. If either or both Position race winner elects to start in the eighth row of the feature he/they will race for double the normal money.

The Mod Lites will also be competing both days with double qualifying heats and position races on Friday and a Last Chance race and Feature on Saturday. The Position races will pay $500 to the winner on Friday and set the first eight rows of the three wide- 33 car feature. The feature pays $2,000 to win and $125 to start.

Bragging Rights Late Models will be racing for $1,000 to win and $100 to start on Friday. Online pre entry on I-80’s website is just $20 until ll pm on October 1. Entry at the event is $40. Unsanctioned B Mods will be racing on Saturday, October 3 for $1,000 to win and $100 to start. Again online entry is just $20 with entry $40 at the day of the race.
