Revisions to the Silver Dollar Nationals Schedule

If you thought the Imperial Tile Silver Dollar Nationals couldn’t get any better, think again. On May 20, the scheduled Lucas Oil sanctioned GO 50 fell to the weather at I-80 Speedway. At first disappointment, then what if we moved the GO 50 to the Thursday night before the Silver Dollar Nationals. Two giant Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series events in three days featuring the best dirt late model drivers in the county.

So the amended Thursday night (July 19) portion of the Silver Dollar Nationals now features the Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model Series Malvern Bank GO 50 paying $10,000 to win, a Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series show paying $5,300 to win and unsanctioned IMCA type Modifieds paying $1,500 to win. Mods will be limited to the first 32 entries. The Nebraska 360 Sprint Car and SportMod events have been removed from the July 19 program.

Single night tickets for Thursday night’s show are $34 for adults, $12 for kids. Three day tickets for the Silver Dollar Nationals are on special for $100 until Sunday, June 10. Two day and single day tickets will be available starting on June 11. You can purchase tickets by going to the I-80 Speedway website at www.i-80speedway.com select fan info then purchase tickets.

The format for the Friday and Saturday night (July 20 & 21) portion of the Silver Dollar Nationals does not change with the Friday night program consisting of double qualifying heats in both the Lucas Oil Late Models and the USMTS Modifieds along with two USMTS qualifying features. On Saturday night its B features for both classes, the Belt Bash for Super Late Models and the the USMTS feature and the Silver Dollar Nationals feature paying $53,000 to win.

So don’t wait, order your tickets now, you may never get another opportunity to see a show of this quality again. Thanks to all our great sponsors that make this event possible; Imperial Tile, Malvern Bank, Strobel Manufacturing, Cubby’s, Moock Trucking, Wojo Painting & Hoker Trucking.
