Bugeater Bash coming to I-80 on April 13 & 14
The annual Bugeater Bash returns to I-80 Speedway on Friday and Saturday, April 13 & 14. This year, the Bugeater features seperate programs each night for Modifieds, SportMods, Stock Cars and Bragging Rights Late Models.
Modifieds will be the feature class with the Friday program paying $1,000 to win and $100 to start and then on Saturday night things get serious with a $3,000 to win and $250 to start feature. Entry fees will be $25 early and $50 late on Friday and $50 early and $75 late on Saturday. Top four finishers in Friday night feature will automatically qualify for Saturday feature and be inverted. Jared Hoefelman and Dylan Smith won Modified features at the 2017 Bugeater.
Early entry for all classes for both Friday and Saturday night is (11pm., April 8)
SportMods, Stock Cars and Bragging Rights Late Models will all race on Friday for $400 to win and $80 to start with a early entry fee of $10 and a late fee of $30. Then on Saturday, all three classes will be racing for $700 to win and $100 to start. Pre entry will be $20 for early entry and $40 late. Top four finishers in Friday night’s feature will automatically qualify for Saturday’s feature and be inverted. Shawn Harker won both SportMod features at last year’s Bugeater.
Grandstand Admission is $12 for Adults on Friday and $15 on Saturday. Kids (6-12) are $5 both days. Pit Passes are $35 each night or both nights for $65 if purchased by 11pm., April 8th. Pits open both days at 3 pm. Grandstands at 5:30 pm on Friday and 4:30 pm on Saturday with racing at 7 pm on Friday and 6 pm on Saturday.
