Plenty of racing at All Star Sunday

There will be plenty of action when I-80 Speedway closes out its 2014 regular season with All Star Sunday on August 31. Not only will it be championship night for all six NASCAR Whelen All American series classes be in action but they will be joined by the Nebraska 360 Sprints who will racing in the Bob Parker Memorial.

Extra money has been added to all classes with the Cubbys Super Late Models paying $1,000 to win and $150 to start, the Tighton Tools A Mods pay $600 to win and $100 to start, the Ty’s Outdoor Power & Service B Mods, the Rotella’s ProAms and the LaVista Keno Grand Nationals all pay $400 to win and $60 to start and the River City Heating & Cooling Hornets $100 to win and $25 to start.

The Bob Parker Memorial could draw some big name cars as the second edition of the race will pay $3,000 to win and $250 to start. It will be the 360 Sprinters last chance to tune-up for the upcoming Midwest Fall Brawl. There will be a pill draw for the Nebraska 360 Sprints. Pit Gates will open at 3 pm, Grandstands at 4:30 pm, with racing starting at 5:55 pm. Grandstand Admission will be $15 for Adults, $5 for Juniors (6-12) with 5 and under free. Pit Passes will be $20 for NASCAR members and $30 for all non-NASCAR members. It will also be Kid’s Bike Race Night.
