You can bring your wristbands & General Admission tickets to the office Thursday and Friday (Sept 4/5) from the hours of 8-2pm for a refund. Our office is located at 5040 I street Omaha, NE 68117.
You can bring your wristbands/General Admission tickets to the Fall Brawl and take them to the VIP window at either the pit shack or Ticket window only and you will be able to pay the difference on your pit passes or tickets. You may also bring your stubs or pit passes to the Cornhusker Classic.
You may also mail your pit passes or tickets to the office to get a refund by mail. Reminder to all drivers, crew and fans that utilize the mail option, items get crossed in the mail and each pick up and drop off is different for mail boxes both directions. IF you choose to mail in your stubs for a refund and have not received your refund prior to the fall brawl there is nothing we can do at the ticket windows. Please do not question the tickets ladies on the refund it will be received by the mail only.
Tickets & Wristbands must be presented for a refund.
Should the Cornhusker Classic be cancelled due to weather and you were planning on bringing your stubs to that event you can then mail them in. All stubs must be returned to the office by October 31st so we can do our year end books. NO refunds after October 31.
