IKF Saturday June 7th @ Little Sunset Speedway

Saturday Night racing is back on June 7th at Little Sunset Speedway!

Many have asked, and we have listened. Ever since the closing of Wavelink Raceway Park, racers in our area have been asking for Saturday night racing. This is your chance to bring back Saturday night racing permanently!!!

If we feel there is enough interest, we will move our program to Saturday nights, so come out and show your support!!

Classes:

Flat Karts:
Jr. Amateur (Rookie) Alcohol (may run gas if desired)- Age 5-8 Briggs Flathead – minimum weight-235lbs., Restrictor plate- .375

Jr. 1 Alcohol- Age- 8-12 Briggs Flathead – minimum weight- 235lbs., Restrictor plate- .440 AKRA BSP Clone – minimum weight- 265lbs., Restrictor plate- .425

Jr. 2 Medium Alcohol- Age- 12-15 Briggs Flathead – minimum weight- 285lbs., Restrictor plate- .530 AKRA BSP Clone – minimum weight- 315lbs., Restrictor plate- .500

Jr. 2 Heavy Alcohol- Age- 12-15 Briggs Flathead – minimum weight- 320lbs., Restrictor plate- .530 AKRA BSP Clone – minimum weight- 350lbs., Restrictor plate- .500

Adult Stock Alcohol- Age- 16+, minimum weight- 345lbs., no restrictor

Adult Clone 370 Gas- Age- 16+, minimum weight- 370lbs., no restrictor

Adult Open- Age- 16+, minimum weight- none, no restrictor. This class is for any Flat Kart who does not conform to the rules for any other class. Anything goes.

Cage Karts:
Rookie Champ Cage- Age – 5-8 years (EIRI), no experience, no weight rule
All engines run together, LSS spec intech with black restrictor, Yellow LSS spec BSP clone .375 restrictor, AKRA BSP clone .375 restrictor, LO -206 sealed engine with long black restrictor.

Charger/Amateur Cage (IF NEEDED) – Age 11 and under (EIRI), Almost Rookies, 320 lbs.
All engines run together, LSS spec intech with black restrictor, Yellow LSS spec BSP clone .375 restrictor, AKRA BSP clone .375 restrictor, LO -206 sealed engine with long black restrictor.

Jr Champ Intech Cage- Age up to 15(EIRI), 350 lbs. Blue Restrictor (2014 is the last year for this class)

Jr Champ Lo-206 Cage- Age up to 15(EIRI), 350 lbs. Red restrictor

Jr Champ LSS Spec BSP yellow clone Cage – Age up to 15(EIRI), 350 lbs, .425 Restrictor

Jr 1 Champ AKRA BSP box stock project only – 310 lbs, .425 Restrictor

Jr 2 Champ AKRA BSP box stock project only – 350 lbs, .500 restrictor

Sr Lo 206 lite – 1 full year in Jr Cage kart class or Age 15+ (EIRI), 380 lbs, Lo206 sealed engine with stock slide.

Sr Lo 206 heavy – 1 full year in Jr Cage kart class or Age 15+ (EIRI), 425 lbs, Lo206 sealed engine with stock slide.

Entry Fee for flat karts is $25.

Payout for Jr.1 Flat Kart, Jr.2 Heavy Flat Kart, and Adult Clone Flat Kart is as follows:

1.) $150
2.) $75
3.) $50

Entry fee for Cage Karts is $15

Hot pit pass $15, Cold pit pass $10
